From 1920 until 1965, the old church (built 1920) was used by the Hervormers as well as by the other two sister churches, until they too were eventually able to build their own church. The new church building was dedicated on Saturday 5 June 1965. Elder Hendrik van Wyk was the construction foreman, while the architects Bosman and Neethling from Pretoria designed the church. The congregation built the church themselves.¹
